How do I place an order?

If you are browsing our site, please use the navigation bar and menus to explore our Jellycat range. If you have a particular item in mind, use the search option at the top of the page. Once you find something you like, click on “Buy Me” and this should add it into your bag, displayed at the top righthand corner. When you are ready to enter your delivery and payment details, either click on “My Bag” to review what you have ready to order, or click “Checkout” to jump right into the checkout process.
